| We can help if you want to store the contents of your home in between moves free up expensive office space by archiving files store surplus stock or if you simply want to have a spare room away from home or the office. We have different sized storage units available to rent on easy terms. We will be able to tell you what size unit you will require. There are no long term leases or onerous commitments. Simply sign a simple licence agreement and you can move in on the same day. You can store with us for only 4 weeks or for as long as you like. The units are let on a simple licence agreement with the minimum period of hire being one month. Licence fee is payable monthly in advance and we will also require a refundable deposit. You can terminate the agreement by giving two weeks prior notice. No VAT is payable on the licence fee. Discounts are available for longer term lettings.
