| As our self storage service is very popular, it is best to make a firm reservation about 14 days before the required date. At this point a deposit is required, for which a receipt and confirmation is sent to you. To hire one of our containers you will need to contact our United Downs office and have 2 forms of ID: A recent utility bill linking you to an address and a form of photo ID. If these are both in order you will be able to start using your container on the very same day. Our billing period runs from Wednesday mornings to Tuesday evenings. The minimum hire period is two weeks, however on arrival, you will need to pay the first 4 weeks in advance. You are then invoiced every 4 weeks thereafter. When you have finished using the container you will need to give one weeks notice and you will then be refunded for any weeks you have paid for but have not used. |
